"Support feels slow"
I like the service overall , but getting help from support takes longer than I expected . It can be a bit frustrating when you just need a quick answer and end up waiting around .

At first the tickets looked like a good deal, but once I got closer to checkout, the extra fees started showing up. it kind of confirmed what I already expected with ticket sites, the price you see at the beginning usually isn’t the real price. It was annoying because it didn’t feel clear enough before starting the booking process

The equipment did work, so I can’t say it was unusable, but it definitely looked beat up. There were scratches all over, and a few parts felt a bit loose, which didn’t give me a ton of confidence. It just didn’t seem like it had been looked after very well :/

We had my son’s birthday at Funbox and, i think it went well. The kids had a really good time, and the staff was friendly. Check-in was easy too, which I appreciated. It did get kind of crowded and loud, though, so I was a little nervous trying to keep track of everyone. But the kids all left happy and totally worn out, so yeah, I’d probably go again.

I went to funbox with the kids and was happy with the food options overall. It wasn’t anything fancy, but they had the usual snacks, drinks, and the kinds of stuff my kids were asking for, so that made things easy. The prices felt a little high for what you get, but that’s kind of what I expected at a place like this. I was glad the lines moved quickly, so we didn’t have to spend too much time waiting around. I do think it would be nice if they added a few healthier options, but overall it was a good experience

"Terrible Timing and Chaotic Lines"
I showed up at what should’ve been a normal time, but the lines were an absolute mess. The timing couldn’t have been worse, and everything felt slow and disorganized. I wasn’t expecting it to take that long just to get through.

"Much Needed Shade on a Hot Day"
We went to funbox on a really hot day, and I was so glad they had shaded areas. It made a really big difference when the kids needed a break from running around. It felt cooler than I expected, and we actually got to relax for a bit, which was nice

"A nice way to spend the day"
We ended up going here kind of last minute after debating a few other places, and overall it was a nice day out. Parking was okay, we grabbed some snacks, wandered around for a while, and the kids found plenty to keep them busy. It was definitely busier than I expected, so there were a few moments where it felt a bit crowded, but the kids loved it in the end.

"Stayed Longer Than I Expected"
I ended up staying on longer than I planned, even though I was feeling mentally drained by the end. Overall it was fine, but there were a few lags here and there that got a little annoying.

"Took the kids to Funbox and overall…"
Took the kids to Funbox and overall it was a good time. Fun. They had a blast running around and staying busy, so that part was definitely worth it. The only downside was the bathrooms. Yikes. There was toilet paper on the floor and the sink area looked messy. It wasn’t the worst bathroom I’ve ever seen, but with how crowded the place gets, I feel like they should be checking it more often. I’d still come back because the kids enjoyed it, but I really hope it’s cleaner next time.

They got back to me quickly and explained everything in a really clear, simple way, no hassle at all! The person I spoke with was friendly too, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. "Fun for the kids, but a little more supervision would help"
The kids had a really good time, so overall I’m glad we went. But, yeah... I did feel like the staff could’ve kept a closer eye on the busier areas. There were a few bigger kids running around wildly, and it didn’t seem like anyone stepped in much. Not a bad experience, just something I definitely noticed

"Rules feel inconsistent"
I got warned almost right away, and the rules felt all over the place. It kind of seems like people get flagged for everything, even when you’re just trying to figure out what’s allowed. Maybe I missed something, but the whole thing felt confusing

"Place really wasn’t that clean"
Like I said, the place just didn’t feel very clean. The floors were sticky, and the bathrooms looked rough. Like I said, it wasn’t the worst place ever, but it definitely could’ve been taken care of better.

"Fair and easy to reschedule"
We had to change our plans at the last minute, so I was expecting the booking to be a hassle. But Funbox support responded quickly and helped us reschedule without making a big deal out of it. They also refunded the extra ticket, which felt really fair since we weren’t able to use it. Overall it was simple, stress-free, and better than I expected

"Clean and Fun Visit with the Kids"
I took my kids to Funbox the other day since we had a free afternoon and I was trying to get them out of the house instead of just letting them argue over snacks and screen time. Overall, the inflatables looked clean. I didn’t notice any sticky spots or random trash lying around, which I always appreciate at places like this. A few sections looked a little worn from use, but nothing that made me feel uncomfortable. The kids had a great time, i’d go back again.

"Couldn’t find a place to sit"
We went when it was really crowded, and there was barely any seating available. We ended up standing around with tired kids, which definitely wasn’t fun considering what we paid. Did anyone else have the same problem finding seats?

"Pretty easy check-in, just one slow bit"
I used funbox.com for check-in and it was smoother than I expected it to be. I didn’t really have to wait, and the steps were simple enough to do on my phone without thinking too hard. One small thing though, one page was loading kind of slow, so I was sitting there like, did it go through or no? But after that it was fine and it definitely saved me some time. I’d give it 4 stars.

"As someone who likes getting things sorted…"
As someone who likes getting things sorted quickly, the waiting time on funbox was definitely the part that stood out to me. Nothing went wrong, and overall the experience was fine, but it took longer than I expected to get a reply. I had to check back a couple of times, which was a little annoying. Once they did respond, the answer was helpful enough and handled what I needed. It just wasn’t super fast. I might use it again, but probably only when I’m not in a rush. For me, 3 stars feels fair.
